You describe a show once in series.json: the cast, the places, the voices, the look. Then you write each episode as a screenplay-flavoured markdown script (epNN.md). seriesmith turns the script into shots, makes the reference pictures, keyframes and voices they need, renders every shot on the model and machine you choose, and cuts the takes together through upscale, post and master. You drive it from the editor, a page in your browser (shots, takes, refs, the cut and the queue), or from one command, seriesmith. Every shot is its own job, so a bad shot is rendered again alone and the rest of the episode is untouched. Every take is kept with the exact settings that made it.

How it fits together

1

Describe the show

series.json holds the cast, places, props and voices, and which models draw them.
2

Write the episode

Each shot is a few lines: who is in it, the framing and length, what happens, what is said, the camera and the sound.
3

Make the pictures

Character sheets, location plates and keyframes, generated on an image model or supplied by you.
4

Render and cut

Proxies first to judge the cut, then finals; pick takes, trim, and master with titles.
